Brazilian Dancer and Choreographer, Wesley D'Alessandro had an eclectic education in Drama, Music and Visual Arts. In 1990, he initiated his dance studies in Classical Ballet and in 2000 his graduation in Contemporary Dance, became Dance and Movement Bachelor in 2003 (Universidade Anhembi Morumbi).

D'Alessandro was dancer and choreographer in the CAOS! Art Co. (São Paulo/Brazil), performing in the Dance Biennial SESC (Santos/Brazil), International New Dance Festival (Brasília/Brazil), Senac’s Body & Technology Seminary (São Paulo/Brazil) and Mercosul Improvisation Laboratory (Argentina).

D'Alessandro choreographed Déjeuner (2003) for the Assis City Ballet (Assis/Brazil) and took part in the Aloísio Avaz's (2003) and Hiroshi Koike's (2004) choreographic residences.

By his solo No escuro [In the dark] (2004), D’Alessandro received the Prize New and Newest Choreographers Interpreters (Centro Cultural São Paulo) and the Prize City of Vitória (Vitória City Hall). His solo SONHO SÓ [ONLY DREAM] (2005) was supported by the Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil for the event Dança em Pauta (São Paulo/Brazil).

Since 2006, D'Alessandro is living in Germany where he has working as guest choreographer and guest dancer. He choreographed Ties&Legs (2007) that had première in the event Seitensprünge of the Hessisches Staatstheater Wiesbaden, where he also worked as guest dancer under direction of Otto Pichler and Stephan Thoss.

D'Alessandro choreographed Doppel (2008), that had première in the Staatsoper Hannover on the event New Steps. Recently, D'Alessandro got the Audience Prize for his solo "...should have a chair" (2009) in the Competition Das beste deutsch Tanzsolo [The Best German Dance Solo] of the euro-scene Festival, in Leipzig - Germany.
