Information and support is distributed through this website, the quarterly magazine SICAmag, fact sheets, workshops and conferences and directly via the SICA consultants. Its ‘helpdesk’ helps Dutch and foreign organisations answer any questions they may have about international cultural activities in the Netherlands and abroad. SICA also advises, support sand helps with cultural exchange through working visits for cultural attachés and its foreign visitors programme.

SICA hosts also the Dutch CCP. The first point of contact for people wishing to make applications to the EU's framework programme for culture, CCPs are responsible for its promotion and for making sure that information flows smoothly between national cultural institutions in EU member states.
