I am a writer, researcher and consultant in the cultural sector, working since 2004 as Editor of On-The-Move, the web portal dedicated to mobility for performing arts professionals, and member of LabforCulture Editorial Team. I am currently researching a guidebook to import-export procedures and regulations for cultural goods between Russia and EU Member States. I have collaborated on various projects with many European cultural networks: EFAH, IETM, Res Artis, RESEO, ELIA, Pepinieres. In 1990s I wrote practical handbooks for visual artists (published by A-N, UK) and in 2007 will write a guidebook to import-export of cultural goods between Russia and EU. I have a degree in French and Romanian (London University) and a European Cultural Project Management Diploma. I live in a small village in Devon, South West England. I cultivate my garden and travel the world.
