Pick ‘n’ Mix – making communication sweet

This practical and interactive AMA afternoon seminar (1.30pm to 5.30pm) on managing communication tools will be held at the Resource Centre in London on 4 March, at the Manchester Royal Exchange in Manchester on 11 March, at St David’s Hall in Cardiff on 18 March and at the Linen Hall Library in Belfast on 15 May.

Led by Sarah Gee, consultant and regular speaker and trainer on the subjects of marketing, branding and fundraising in the UK and overseas, this seminar will help delegates work out what their organisation should be saying to whom; why they should be saying it and what the best method is to get the appropriate message across. There will be a step-by-step guide for delegates to take away, resource information for further follow-up and reference to case studies.

Delegates will be anyone with responsibility for communicating messages about their organisation internally or externally, working in marketing, press, fundraising, HR or general management and they will:
gain an understanding of the range of communication tools available to get their messages across,
learn how to identify their organisation’s key messages and figure out who needs to hear them,
plus gain hints for monitoring and evaluation to know if they have succeeded as well as help to formulate Plan B if the environment changes.
