An agency from the Government of Catalonia's (Generalitat de Catalunya), Department of Culture and Media. The ICIC was set up in 2001 to enhance the development of businesses devoted to the production and distribution of the whole spectrum of cultural goods in diverse formats. It has a network of offices in Berlin, Brussels, London, Milan and Paris. and also provides international promoters with information about Catalonia's arts sector. It grants Catalan companies to participate in international fairs, festivals or markets.
