Stella Dimitrakopoulou was born in Athens, Greece where she completed her BA in Dance Studies and her MSc in Mining Engineering. In 2007 she worked and studied in Vienna, Austria with the Erasmus European Scholarship and in 2008 she received the Greek States’ Scholarship for Postgraduate Studies in dance. In 2009 she graduated with distinction the MA Dance-Theatre: The Body in Performance at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London, UK. She is co-founder of the international performance collective Trio and generally interested in dance, performance, experimental theatre and live art. Currently doing a PhD in Creative Practice at Trinity Laban (London, UK).
