I work as a researcher at the University of Antwerp on a Phd research on the protection of cultural property during armed conflict: towards an integral prevention strategy. Moreover, I collaborate on a research project for the European Parliament on the implementation of the Convention on the Promotion and Protection of the Expression of Cultural Diversity in the European Union and I am co-organizer of a Summer School in Cultural Management ‘Museums and Cultural Diversity’ at the University of Antwerp. Before, I fulfilled researches on the commemoration of the First World War, heritage education in Flanders and the condition of heritage libraries in the Province of Antwerp. I studied archaeology and international politics.
