I am a PhD student at City University. My research is about learning in contemporary art museums in Mexico City, using dialogue as a tool for learning. Through two-way dialogue, the public learns from the museum, but also the museum learns about its public. I am interested to explore:
1) two-way dialogue specifically analysing education programmes in museums that work with young people as intermediators between the public and the museum;
2) the use of dialogue for learning as contemporary arts are not always easy to approach;
3) Museums' management in terms of supporting ltheir education programmes and learning about them.
On another matter, I have researched the subject of dance as a visual form, focusing on contemporary dance and its audiences' experience. I am passionate about all forms of art, especially visual, dance and film
