After the PhD study and research in the cultural policies transition in Central and Eastern Europe at the Institute for cultural management Ludwigsburg (Germany) I would join international projects which related to this geographic region. I bring ideas of international projects in the cultural and educational sector. They are supported by a network of cultural policy research and cultural development organizations in Central and Eastern Europe: Russia, Belarus, Poland, the Ukraine and Moldova. Personal contacts to cultural and educational organizations in Saint Petersburg, Moscow, Kaliningrad, Lvov, Odessa, Minsk and Cracow let me operate efficiently. The key strengths that I possess include intercultural competence and didactic know-how, knowledge and experiences in cultural management and communication, linguistic proficiency (Russian, Belorussian, Polish, and German) and experiences in translation.
