Diego De La Rosa has a master's degree in Contemporary Philosophy with a BA in Social Communications and Journalism. Since 2001 he has been Director of the Open Air International Short Film Festival "Cinema on the Streets" in Barranquilla (Colombia) and for the past seven years he worked as Director of Culture and Communications for the French Alliance in the same city.
