Proceedings of this event organised by the Basque Observatory of Culture in November 2007, which brought together observatories from several countries.
Presents the preliminary documents and key questions, as well as the summaries of the debates that took place during the conference, structured in four sessions: the role of the observatory in a cultural system; the organisation of an observatory; the statistical framework; and networking among observatories.
