Currently I work as Team Administrator for Streets Alive Theatre Company. We offer theatre training to young homeless people in London. I also help out as Front-Of-House Supervisor for Stratford Circus Arts Centre in London E15 where many opf the vents for the upcoming Newham festival will take place.
I started out in the Arts as an Assistant Accountant in Feature Film company then moved into television where I ended up selling opera and ballet programmes to broadcasters in developing countries.
I had the great good fortune to srrve on the Board of our wonderful Lesbian Gay Biserxual and Transgendeer Pride Marcvh and Festival here in London, also helped to found an arts festival for the LGBT community. Other volunteering has included Gay switchboard, Glastonbury, WOMAD, and Shakespeare's Globe. I'm passionate about Theatre, Opera and Ballet and try to attend as many live performances as I can. Last night it was Ian Bostridge in Deborah Warner's very wonderful production of Britten's Death In Venice at ENO. If it's live, if it can give me Myth, if it can give me Ritual, if it can give me Magic, if it can offer me tickets costing £15 or less I'll try and get there...
