During the international conference Culture and Policies of Change (6-7 September 2010, Brussels) ECF with LabforCulture managed to get a number of exclusive interviews of inspiring keynote speakers. The conference Culture and Policies of Change aimed to reflect on new perspectives of cultural policies in the light of major world changes and challenges, and was attended by senior policy makers, practitioners and researchers operating at national, regional and local levels.

The Council of Europe organised the conference in co-operation with the European Commission, European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC), Culture Action Europe, The Budapest Observatory, International Federation of Arts Councils and Culture Agencies (IFACCA), Allianz Kulturstiftung and the European Cultural Foundation.

The conference was supported by "Communauté francaise" of Belgium and the Ministry of Culture of Slovenia.
