Abwab aims to serve as a professional platform for artists and operators through:
- the creation of projects aiming to reinforce the partnerships between the local and international scene
- the management and the distribution of regional talents
- networking and strengthening the European, international and inter-Arab cultural relationships
- the contribution to the development of cultural industries and of their market in the region
- the organization of training programs and residencies.

Abwab has a special interest in the fields of music, creative writing and cultural policies.
