Deadline for registration and submission is Sunday April 18, 2010.

•  Accepted art is photography & digital art in a large sense (see definition under FAQ Contest STATE OF CREATION).

• The competition is open to photographers, artists & art students inside EUROPE and is judged by visuals submitted online in a CULTUREINSIDE gallery of the artist. 

•  For new members: to join the CULTUREINSIDE art community is free. Submission of PROPOSALS to this competition is free.

•  A curatorial committee (jury) composed of members of the Grand Region (Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg) select up to 50 winning entries to be exhibtied in the shows.

Awards include:

• Exhibition participation in 2 exclusive exhibition spaces
• Winning entries will be selected for physical exhibition at the 10th anniversary of 1,2,3 GO in the Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg.
• The show will migrate to the Conference Center of the European Commission in Luxembourg where a second opening will be organized.
• 1,2,3 GO Network Vote to select their network winner in a public vote.
• A live poll will be organized during the inauguration in the Chamber of Commerce to select the COUP de COEUR artwork of the invited guests.
• The event is covered by publications in newspapers and magazines as well as major internet announcements.
• Production of a printed catalog.
• The winning works will also be presented in the online version of the show.
