One of the most important and stable of art galleries with an almost 'legendary' status. Located and officially registered in the municipal library in Minsk. Opened in 1996, it has survived as the only independent art galleries after others were closed by the authorities. 99% of NOVA projects are related to photography. It exhibits the best-known Belarusian photographers and sometimes the work of foreign artists (2-4 foreign projects a year).
