Can you give us your two best arguments for why cultural budget should be maintained if not even increased.

Politicians would need voters with memory, therefore they need to invest in culture. They need culture for being able to function in politics.

Is there a European shared space, and if there is, what is culture contributing to it?

European space is larger than the georgaphical and political borders. We are all immigrants in this part of the world, and we need culture to define ourselves and relate to the other.
