Against the background of a strong tradition of cultural exchanges between France and Italy, the author tries to quantify the results of such practices in fields such as publishing, audiovisual production, performing arts, art market, higher education. The article presents the main outcomes of a larger study on this topic conducted by the French Embassy in Italy.
