Led by the Arts Council of Ireland, the scheme finances the travel and accommodation expenses of individuals participating in workshops, internships, mentoring programmes, residencies, research opportunities or attendance at conferences/seminars abroad.

Alternatively, individuals/organisations might bring international specialists to deliver high quality training to Irish artists and apply to get those costs covered.

This so-called “Come and See” component will soon be taken over by the connected agency Culture Ireland.
