An international forum in the field of new opera and music theatre. Formed out of the New Music Theatre Workshop initiative, which ran from 1983, the project has been restructured with wider objectives to present a wide-ranging overview of the most recent developments in the international scene. An annual conference incorporates a new music theatre competition and there are plans to establish an international archive for new music theatre.
