The Cultural Contact Points (CCP's) are usually the first points of contact for those wishing to make applications to the EU's framework programme for cultural cooperation. Some CCP's are departments within national ministries of culture while others are independent agencies charged with providing information and advice on behalf of the programme.

Information is of varied quality, as examples, the Spanish CCP website displays a partner search database and the German, Dutch (SICA) and the UK (Euclid) CCP's contain some very useful resources and links.
