Korean Platform for World Professionals in Performing Arts

Securing growing recognition in the global market, PAMS has been held annually since 2005, attracting 8,314 performing arts professionals from 71 countries.
Beside of PAMS Choice showcase, official selection or PAMS, there will be many sessions, networking events, evening performance in associated festivals.

The global performing arts structure hit a turning point midway through the 2000s. The 2009 PAMS acknowledged such changes by making the agents of the creative and circulation processes the market’s main figures, rather than the standard buyers and sellers. It also brought further change by treating all the processes – the creative ideas, works in progress, and completed pieces – as marketable content.
