A knowledge centre on cultural mobility opportunities, it offers facts and information about international artist-in-residence programs as well as other opportunities for artists to stay and work elsewhere. It operates mainly from the artists' perspective and cooperates with partners all over the world, to serve artists through its website, newsletter, research and workshop programme.
Trans Artists acts as the Netherlands coordinator of the European Pépinières programme for young artists as well as the platform (pool NL) for Dutch guests studios. It also hosts the Res Artis Secretariat.
