“Tirana-München So Near-So Far” it’s a workshop and exhibition project, which makes possible the exchange between young artists from Albania and Germany, and presents the artistic position of young artists to the German public.
Five students and two professors from Tirana Art Academy are invited to participate in a one-week workshop together with students and professors for Munich Art Academy. In this workshop the students will have the possibility to discuss their perception about today’s art education system, the possibilities of Bologna-Process as well as artistic concepts. The results of this exchange process will be shown in an exhibition on 28th of September in the exhibition space of Lothringer13-City Gallery of Munich. This project is supporting mobility of young artists as well as establishing a network between the institutions and the participants.

The project “Tirana-München So Near-So Far” is organized from Adela Demetja fellow of Robert Bosch Foundation, and is supported from Robert Bosch Stiftung, Lothringer13-Städtische Kunsthalle München and Kulturreferat München, Tirana Art Academy, Munich Art Academy.
