It offers a reflection on how cultural and artistic cooperation between Europe and the southern Mediterranean is being shaped, what does it mean and what is the aim for all those concerned. It aims to understand the “other” perspective, as a way to realise what might be the best conditions for an open, informed debate and to facilitate genuine cooperation across this region. This book brings together voices, eyes and words from Europe, North Africa, Turkey and the Middle East.
