Shaun is a lecturer in Marketing within the School of Management and Languages at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh. He is also the senior editor of an International Research Centre focusing upon Corporate Marketing and the contact coordinator for the Services Marketing Research Group. His specialist research is focused upon creative organisations and his preferred approach is interpretive and inductive.
