This community group discusses strenghtening the capacities of civic, private and public cultural organisations by means of realising an intensive training programme, including the elaboration of long-term development strategies and concrete measures for structural improvements. The group focuses on the project "Reinforcing Modlova's Development Capacities by Strenghtening its Cultural Sector" supported by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs MATRA programme, and is open to everyone interested.
