Offers financial support on a quarterly basis for international projects, including Norwegian artists and/or cultural producers. Extends support to group or single artist exhibitions initiated by international institutions and international curators. International artists who have their permanent residency in Norway may also apply for support. OCA supports projects that reflect artistic and curatorial research leading to new scholarship in the field of contemporary art. Funding is provided by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
