Its Cultural Horizons programme focuses on Ukrainian modern art, offering individual travel grants for Ukrainian and foreign artists and providing grants for translation.It also implements three other main programmes that support Ukrainian culture abroad: International Dialogue, Ukrainians Abroad and Migration Today.
