A compilation of funding resources for cultural cooperation projects between Russia and EU countries, listing EU sources, national funding, foundations, regional bodies and other funders. The booklet was published for the EU-Russia Expert Meeting focusing on the implementation of the cultural aspects of the Road Map for the Fourth Common Space, under the Finnish EU Presidency in 2006. There are plans to update and expand the information.
