Founded in 1992, the Moldavan Association for Contemporary Music promotes new musical thinking and activity. Composers, musicologists and professors at music colleges, schools and universities work with freelance artists to stimulate Moldavan culture, in particular in music. The Association maintains ongoing international dialogue and collaboration with other national sections of ISCM and Moldavan culture. With "Ars Poetica", it has launched domestic and foreign authors.
