The Association contributes to the development of artistic management in the Republic of Moldova. Since its creation in 2000, it has conducted training projects for cultural institution managers. The Association helped arrange the international festival of puppet theatre and the festival of one-man-show performances, has organized international conferences on the reform of the cultural system in the Republic of Moldova.
