European Cultural Foundation - with partners - is launching a new scheme called Tandem, as part of its European Neighbourhood programme. Its aim is to build new and long-term networks and partnerships between cultural professionals from European Union countries and cultural professionals from Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova.

Tandem is an opportunity to get to know the environment and the way organisations work in another country and to get an insight into the cultural scene of a new city, region and country. The scheme works towards creating partnerships - creating tandems - to foster project ideas and activities from 2011 to 2012, and beyond.
