GOPA Consultants (www.gopa.de), the leading German consultancy in development assistance, has recently been invited by the EU-Commission to submit a proposal for the project “Regional Capacity Building Unit for the Eastern Partnership Culture Programme”. The objective of this programme is to support the role of culture and promote regional cooperation among public institutions, civil society cultural organisations, foundations and academic organisations in the Eastern Partnership countries.

We are currently urgently looking for experts in the area of culture management (including grant management, support to public and non governmental culture institutions) with experience in the Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine). Previous experience in working with the EU is required.
