STEALTH.unlimited is a practice with an interest in urban systems whose approach starts with making usually unrecognized urban practices and relations visible. STEALTH shapes opportunities where various fields of investigation can meet and where thinking about possible future(s) of the city are mobilized. They focus on innovative aspects of sometimes hidden, temporary or unplanned urban practices that challenge ways in which to create physical aspects of the city and of its culture.
STEALTH has been involved in shaping ALMOSTREAL and in setting up ALMOSTweb, an archive-in-progress which makes the dynamics and outcomes of ALMOSTREAL visible to both art practitioners and a broader public across Europe. Over the last decade, STEALTH has been initiating and involved in a number of projects across the Western Balkans in collaborations with independent cultural organisations. This year STEALTH is curating part of the Tirana International Contemporary Arts Biannual with an episode focussed on the contemporary urban changes under the echo of neo-liberalism in the Western Balkans and the wider global context.
