This online resource is an initiative of the French Observatoire des politiques culturelles and is based on Web 2.0 technology, encouraging the collaboration of people interested in the progress of Agenda 21 for Culture.
The site aims to promote the exchange of best practice and invites cities and local governments, cultural actors and citizens to explain and share projects, to give evidence of programmes and to discuss any challenges that arise.
