A centre for reflection and debate and a promoter of cooperation and dialogue between the EU and other Mediterranean countries.
IEMEd is based in Barcelona and managed by the City Council, the Government of Catalonia and the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, among many other organisations, universities and companies. It offers a vast array of services and resources, such as cultural activities, seminars, training and documentation on the Euro-Med agenda. It focuses on issues such as migration, politics, economy, society and cultural dialogue.
