This EU cooperation office includes culture as a policy dimension and tool for development, reinforced after the approval of the European Agenda for Culture in a Globalising World. This agenda underlined the link between culture and development and the key role of cultural dialogue with EU partner countries in the achievement of the objectives of the EU’s development policy.
