A programme that intends at the professionalization of the culture sector in promotion of the cultural potential of Polish regions.
It offers training programmes and expertise on preparing and managing cultural projects, focusing especially on EU funding opportunities. Its publications (in Polish) include a periodical on EU cultural policy and its implementation in Poland. The organisation was launched by the National Centre for Culture in 2003.
