A committee of cultural institutions and associations that aims to develop the role of Trieste as a hinge between Western and Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean area.
The aim is to create an observatory on the contemporary situation of art and culture in Central Eastern Europe. The organisation's main activities are: collaborations, co-productions and exchanges on an international level, initiatives dedicated to visual art, music, cinema, literature, multimedia, theatre, architecture and design.
