Set up by the Council of Europe in Graz to promote plurilingualism and pluriculturalism among European citizens. It acts as a catalyst for reform in the teaching and learning of languages. The ECML website is rich with documents, catalogues and other online resources from internal and external sources on the theme of language learning.
