Authors' Rights

Subtitled "Handbook of the European Writers' Congress" (EWC), this is a collection of resolutions, guidelines and articles of relevance for authors and publishers on intellectual property rights (defined according to the mainstream interpretation which is currently prevailing in continental Europe). There are some articles on European and regional conditions for authors and their literary work as well as on plans for developing additional copyright provisions.
