The purpose of this publication is to illustrate the cultural heritage work of the Italian Ministry in developing countries and to provide information on how projects fit into cultural and scientific cooperation agreements with Italy. It includes details on research and pilot projects in the fields of archaeology, restoration, research and training and anthropology as well as on development co-operation programmes.
