This article discusses cooperation between the Baltic Sea countries, their art institutions and exhibition curators. Today, the links between them are based on a new strategy which is directed, on the one hand, outside the region to both Western and Eastern Europe and on the other hand, inside the region, with the aim of building an integrated political and economic space.
