Navigating Difference brings together articles on the relevance of cultural diversity and cultural identity to the arts from the perspective of 40 arts managers, policy makers, artists, academics, audience members and commentators in the UK. Arguments for cultural diversity which are used by the organisations that fund, support and research the arts are debated. They conclude that cultural diversity can only come from a commitment to changing values throughout an organisation.
