A site which contains a database of organisations and initiatives involved in culture and development issues in Europe and beyond. It also has a news section. The site is funded by the European Commission and is part of the Culture and Development programme of the German association CulturCooperation. This association uses events, publications and programmes to promote exchange between artists and 'creative people' in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe.
The association also takes part in political campaigns in support of persecuted artists and organises intercultural educational programmes for children and young people.
