An online magazine promoting dialogue between the Islamic world and the West. Includes articles, culture dossiers, book reviews and a dialogue section, where intellectuals from various cultural backgrounds discuss a series of intercultural topics. The site is in German, English, Arabic and Turkish. A joint project of the German Federal Centre for Political Education, the Deutsche Welle, the Goethe Institut and the Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations, Qantara.de is funded by the German Foreign Office.
