Currently supported by the Network of European Foundations (NEF), it brings together the arts, culture, education, public spheres and governance, human rights policies, social affairs and youth. The Platform shares practices, explores synergies and engages in the political process in order to explore how to support efforts to help Europe’s citizens to cope with and benefit from diversity.

“The Rainbow Paper”, drafted after extensive consultation, constitutes the Platform’s manifesto, as well as providing a learning framework for intercultural dialogue, thought and action.
