This brochure documents the pioneer phase of the Cross-Culture Internship programme in order to present the history of the origin of the concept, the experience gathered in its actual implementation and, in particular, the people involved in the successful execution of this new project. All the initiatives and programmes are based on getting to know and understand each other through working together on specific issues rather than conducting the dialogue in an abstract and self-centred manner. This approach forms the basis for the media dialogues as well as the Cross-Culture Internships.
