THE WINNER OF THE CULTURAL POLICY RESEARCH AWARD 2010 IS CLAIRE BULLEN (UK)

CLAIRE BULLEN (United Kingdom) is the 2010 winner of the Cultural Policy Research Award (CPRA)

The final decision of the international Jury was announced on 7 October at the Award Ceremony during the Fourth Young Cultural Policy Researchers Forum in Brussels (6-7 October 2010). The CPRA jury had shortlisted 6 finalists among 22 applications from 13 countries. The finalists presented their research projects publicly during the Forum.

The selected research project is entitled European Capitals of Culture and everydaycultural diversity: Comparing social relations and cultural policies in Liverpool (UK) and Marseilles (France)” and will be carried out within one year. The CPRA is a grant to cultural policy researchers up to 35 years old, from Europe, encouraging them to work on comparative applied research that can inform policymaking.
